We know that loud volume, buzzing lights and other sounds can be triggering, so we’ve taken extra steps to manage the sound experience. There is no music playing and a quiet sensory room is available.

We ask that you supervise your child and be aware of his or her location. However, you know your child best and how closely you need to watch him/her. Our employees facilitate great experiences, but caretakers maintain responsibility for the kids they bring.

Sure! We know kids build up an appetite! To help us keep the play areas and equipment clean, please enjoy food and drinks in the designated areas.

Yes! Snacks and drinks are available at the counter.

Our special non-slip socks help keep kids safe and enable us to monitor sock-wearing without unnecessarily intruding on a child’s space. Adults are required to wear socks (non-slip from home are fine) to help keep the play floor clean.

When we say that we are inclusive, we mean it! Loud kids, silent kids, active kids, reserved kids – all are welcome at Carter’s!

General tickets are for unlimited play during one day.  If you need to run out to the car, your ticket certainly gets you back in, but if you truly leave (like go home for lunch) a new ticket would be required when you return. If you want an unlimited come-and-go-as-much-as-you-want experience, the annual pass is for you!
